It is dwarfed by the towering sky-scrapers not far off and the even larger houses around it. It is crammed between two other homes, with a small front yard and a larger back.

Mr. Van Wyck inherited it from his father, and his father's father was an architect that planned and built it himself. It's the largest house in the area, with a frequently used ballroom that will take your breath away. Other attractions include several decks and a roof-top terrace.
